PAL  PROTECTION PLAN

 

With the PAL Protection Plan you can save upwards of $500 in repair, lost, damaged or stolen equipment.

By subscribing to our very LOW-COST PAL Protection Plan you are entitled to one replacement of one wearable Personal Help Button (excluding mobile/gps) per contractual year. IF MORE THAN (1) REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED WITHIN (1) YEAR, there will be a charge for the replacement. PAL will make every effort to offer a discounted price.

LOST/STOLEN BUTTON (GPS)

If a GPS button is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the user to contact PAL immediately to allow PAL to track the device within 6hrs of loss. If the button was stolen a police report must be presented for pal to consider replacement of the GPS device. PAL WILL ONLY CONSIDER REPLACING A GPS BUTTON IF PROPER PROTOCOL IS FOLLOWED.

DAMAGE

Damage for Only normal wear and tear damage to any or all PAL equipment is covered by the PAL protection plan. If damage is caused by user-abuse, an act of god, lighting flood etc. the equipment is not covered by the Pal protection plan.
