Your care manager has your medical records and personal information, and can easily identify your location at any time. After pressing your button, describe your current situation – whether it be an emergency or non-emergency.
PAL Responds
When seconds count, count on PAL
If your situation is an emergency your care manager will immediately dispatch the closest emergency services to you – anywhere you are. If your situation is non-emergency they will follow your directives and even contact friends or family.
